Position:  Maintenance Assistant

Department:  This position is part of the Maintenance Services Department

Pay Grade:  This position starts as a Grade 5 position with a starting rate of $11.75 per hour/$24,437.53 per year

Work Hours:  This position will be either a: Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or a four day work week 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1/2 hour lunch break

Position:  Property Manager 

Department:  This position is part of the Property Management Services Division

Pay Grade:  This position starts as a Grade 6 position with a starting rate of $12.67 per hour and may be increased based upon the applicant’s knowledge, experience and housing certifications

Job Description:  The Property Manager Position performs detailed office skills independently and must have above average computer, letter writing and math skills.  Position performs building, grounds and unit inspections throughout Allegany County.
