HUD has mandated that all Public Housing properties become Smoke Fee by July 30, 2018.  The Housing Authority has been actively converting its properties over the past few years and completed the process on June 1, 2018. Smoking is prohibited at all public housing developments.  This includes the interior of all apartments and town homes, yards, common areas, parking lots, walks, etc.  Our No Smoking Policy can be viewed here.
